Pet Palooza 2014

Golden Retriever, after swimming.This year’s annual Pet Festival and Dog Walk will take place Saturday, April 5th at Independence Park. The Palooza attracts 78 vendors and sponsors, 3500 attendees, and tons of furry friends. Pet Palooza features a 2K dog walk and a celebratory festival afterwards. Some of the fun features include Food Trucks, Triple C Beer and Wine Garden, Pet adoptions, face painting and more. Among the vendors are Camp Bow Wow, Starbucks, Invisible Fence, Dogt0pia, and others. Last year’s event raised over $97,000 toward Humane Society of Charlotte to provide services like low cost spay/neuter clinics, vaccine and microchip clinics, adoptions, and pet/owner training.
