Charlotte named top 10 city for investors, according to the National Association of Realtors. If you’ve been wondering whether to buy in Charlotte, the answer is yes and the time is now. Local Market Monitor and HomeVestors released a list of the top 10 cities in which to invest in real estate in 2014. Here is the list, in order:
