Chantilly and Elizabeth: A Quiet Zone

Ahh… you’ve just laid your head on the pillow after a busy night of family activities. Then, BEEEP BEEEP. There goes the in-town train, and there goes the peaceful sleep you were hoping to have.

You are not alone in wanting some peace and quiet in Chantilly, Elizabeth, and Plaza Midwood.A petition has been started to create a Quiet Zone in our community that would eliminate the use of the train horns at the Pecan Ave, Bascom St, Central Ave and Louise Ave crossings. If you are interested in helping to eliminate these long honkings (especially the 3 am ones) please visit the site below to sign the petition. You can also visit the Facebook pages to get updates.

About the Author

For my clients, the best thing I can give them is my undivided attention as well as trying to make the process as smooth as possible for them. Their wishes, wants, and needs are the most important part of the real estate process and my job is to listen, but to also make it fun and enjoyable for them. Buying, selling or investing in a home can be hard. I enjoy guiding my clients through the process, being the expert they need and answering all of the questions they have.
